We consider the product delivered after it is either picked up by customer, or given to a carrier, whichever is agreed upon.
We are not responsible for loading of product or for transfer vehicle in case of customer pickup.
Delivery costs are payed by customer, if not agreed otherwise.
Products can be picked up in person, or sent by a carrier: Slovak Post or Slovak Parcel Service.
International packages can be sent by a carrier IN-TIME or UPS.
Customer is obliged to accept and pay for possible excess product that might be produced due to technological process of printed circuit boards manufacturing as follows:
- single layer PCBs:
- 1-10 pcs – 1 pc extra
- 11-20 pcs – 2 pcs extra
- 20-100 pcs – 5 ps extra
- 100-500 pcs – 5 % extra
- 500-1000 pcs – 3 % extra
- over 1000 pcs – 1 % extra
– double layer PCBs:
- 1-10 pcs – 1-2 pcs extra
- 11-20 pcs – up to 3 pcs extra
- 20-50 pcs – up to 4 pcs extra
- 50-100 pcs – up to 6 pcs extra
- over 100 pcs – up to 7 pcs extra
When ordering printed circuit boards that are produced in multiples on one manufacturing panel the customer is obliged to accept minimum order quantity that might be higher than the excess product amount mentioned above.
